2. About Our Services

Cradle Partners Consulting provides relocation and talent consulting services across three pathways:

• The Academic Launchpad — support for Master's students and graduates seeking institutional placement abroad.
• The Professional Bridge — support for skilled and vocational workers seeking employment placement abroad.
• Enterprise Talent Solutions — workforce recruitment support for international organisations.

Family Support is available alongside the Academic Launchpad and the Professional Bridge, for applicants relocating with dependents. The specific scope of services provided to you will be agreed separately once you engage us.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We provide guidance, structure, and support throughout your application or placement process. However, we do not guarantee university admission, visa approval, work permit approval, employment offers, or any other outcome that ultimately rests with a third-party institution, employer, or government authority. Our role is to prepare, guide, and advocate — final decisions are made by those third parties.

4. Client Responsibilities

To work with us effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout your engagement with us
• Respond to requests for documentation or information in a timely manner
• Comply with the requirements of the destination country, institution, or employer relevant to your application
• Inform us promptly of any change in circumstances that may affect your application

We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you provide, or your failure to meet a third party's requirements.

5. Fees

Any fees applicable to our services will be communicated to you separately, in writing, before you engage us — this website does not itself constitute a fee schedule or binding quotation.

6. Third-Party Institutions, Employers & Authorities

We work with universities, employers, and international organisations to facilitate placements, but we do not control, and are not responsible for, their decisions, timelines, or requirements. Similarly, visa and immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, design, branding, and materials on this website — including the Cradle Partners Consulting name and logo — are the property of Cradle Partners Consulting and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cradle Partners Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, including loss arising from decisions made by third-party institutions, employers, or authorities.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where a client provides false information or fails to meet their responsibilities under Section 4.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
