Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 1 May 2026 · Cradle Partners Consulting ("CP", "we", "us")1. Introduction
Cradle Partners Consulting is a West Africa-based relocation and talent consultancy, based in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we may share it with and the rights you have over it.
We primarily operate under, and aim to comply with, Nigeria's Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA). Where visitors are located in the United Kingdom or the European Union at the time they provide information to us, we also aim to honour the relevant protections of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly, primarily through the "Book a Consultation" form on this site. This may include:
- Your full name and email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- Which pathway you are interested in (education, professional, or corporate)
- Your preferred destination country, if provided
- Any additional details you choose to share in your message
We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers on this website. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it and where required, we will ask for your consent first.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your consultation request and schedule a follow-up
- Assess and progress your application through the relevant pathway
- Communicate with you about your enquiry, application, or placement
- Maintain records of our engagement with you, as a client or prospective client
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your information on the basis that it is necessary to respond to your request and, where you proceed with our services, to perform our contract with you. Where we rely on consent — for example, for optional communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time.
5. How We Share Your Information
Because our services exist to connect you with institutions, employers, and international organisations, sharing certain information with third parties is a core part of what we do. This may include:
- Partner institutions and employers — such as universities or organisations you are applying to or through, as necessary to progress your application or placement.
- Service providers — such as Web3Forms, which processes and delivers consultation form submissions to our inbox on our behalf.
- Regulatory or immigration authorities — where required by law, or where necessary to support your visa or relocation process.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
6. International Data Transfers
Given the nature of our services, your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside Nigeria — including the United Kingdom, Canada, countries in Western and Eastern Europe, Australia and New Zealand — where the institutions, employers, or partners relevant to your application are located. We take reasonable steps to work only with credible, established partners in these transfers.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining a record of our engagement with you and to meet any legal, regulatory, or accounting requirements that apply to us.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Object to, or request that we restrict, certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority — the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) if you are in Nigeria, or your local data protection authority if you are elsewhere
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11 below.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where an applicant's dependents — including minor children — are part of a relocation, that information is provided to us by the applicant, acting as their parent or guardian.
11. Contact Us
If you have questions about this policy, or wish to exercise any of your rights over your personal information, contact us at … or at our office: 5 Folawewo St, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our services, or applicable law, change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
